Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong told CNBC he thinks the Bitcoin bottom is in and that $400,000 by 2030 is still a reasonable target.
He said crypto’s four-year cycle just hit the one-year decline mark, and that September 15 brings clarity either way: the Senate votes on the Clarity Act, or the SEC and CFTC publish rules if the bill stalls.
