Aidan Olazabal, a student in our Ledger N3XT program, built Harbormaster, an autonomous settlement agent for an agentic freight-forwarding use case, then stress-tested it with prompt injection attacks. In conversation with Ledger Chief Human Agency Officer Ian Rogers, he walks through what happens when a poisoned instruction tries to swap a payout’s recipient address: sometimes the policy layer catches it before a transaction is ever built, and when it doesn’t, the final decision still comes down to a human reviewing and declining on the Ledger device itself.
