What’s the fee, and how does it affect returns? How often are distributions made, and in what form? Does the yield come to you as cash, get reinvested, or flow back into the fund? Those choices materially change what an investor actually receives, and they vary between issuers. His point is simple, the structure is a genuine step forward, but you still need to understand how your particular firm handles it.
